As of July 2026 we have simplified our costs and services.
Onsite Nextday Visit: $150 (upto 1 hr of onsite labour)
Weekend and Public Holiday Onsite Visits: $200 (upto 1 hr of onsite labour)
Sameday / Urgent Onsite Visits: $200 (upto 1 hr of onsite labour)
Charges after the first hour: $2 per additional minute ($120 Per Hour)
Some services may be charged as a set price.Â
We do not normally repair hardware faults onsite. Your device will be offsited if you wish to go ahead with any repairs. We do aim to return your laptop within 48 hours.
Yes and No.Â
Our services extend only to Apple iPhone's & iPads.Â
We do not offer @home onsite services for any other Apple product.
It really depends, we can always assess the laptop and advise if its worth fixing / upgrading or replacing. General rule of thumb, if its over 5 years old then maybe its time for a replacement.Â
We prefer for the initial @home callout fee to be paid online at the time of the booking, additional labour can then be paid by cash or debit/credit card directly to the technician.Â
However, we understand that some customers may only wish to make payment after the service has been completed. In such case you can pay the technician by Credit / Debit Card or Cash.Â
We do not charge any fee's for accepting card payments.Â
No we do not, but let me explain.Â
labour, fuel and time all needs to be paid by us, if we offered this service the cost of each job would need to increase an additional $30.00Â
Instead, each job is assessed by a technician before attending and if they feel that the issue may not be able to be resolved then we will contact you and advise you, you can then make an informed decision if you want to keep the booking.Â
