Weekend and Public Holiday Surcharge: $49.00
Charges after the first hour: $25/15Mins

We generally serve a 40KM radius of Mandurah. If you are within a 30 minute drive it's likely we can fit you in. (We won't nit-pic on the distance)
We complete hardware and software repairs on desktops & laptops, however for hardware repairs these normally will be quoted and taken offsite for repair and then returned once that's completed.
We also resolve issues you have with, Wi-Fi, NBN, TV's, Smart Devices, Printers & Scanners, software recovery. Basically we are who you call when you need help with many devices around your home.

There is an additional fee for this service.
We prefer for the initial @home callout fee to be paid online at the time of the booking, additional labour can then be paid by cash or debit/credit card directly to the technician.
However, we understand that some customers may only wish to make payment after the service has been completed. In such case you can pay the technician by Credit / Debit Card or Cash.
We do not charge any fee's for accepting card payments.
No we do not, but let me explain.
labour, fuel and time all needs to be paid by us, if we offered this service the cost of each job would need to increase an additional $30.00
Instead, each job is assessed by a technician before attending and if they feel that the issue may not be able to be resolved then we will contact you and advise you, you can then make an informed decision if you want to keep the booking.

Our services extend only to Apple iPhone's & iPads.
We do not offer @home onsite services for any other Apple product.
