We generally serve a 40KM radius of Mandurah. If you are within a 30 minute drive it's likely we can fit you in. (We won't nit-pic on the distance)Â
If your email isn't working, there could be several reasons. The most common causes are incorrect login details, new security measures implemented by your email provider, or using old or outdated software. Our technicians frequently resolve email issues, so rest assured, we'll have your email up and running again in no time.

We can set up the new Outlook application to work with any email address you use. If you're unsure of the necessary setup details, our technician will make every effort to assist you in obtaining this information.
Urgent Action Required: Change Your Email Password Immediately
For your security, it's crucial to change your email password without delay. When creating your new password, ensure it is both strong and unique, and not similar to any you've used before.
After resetting your password, you will also need to update it in all email applications (like Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and on all devices you use to access your email.

We prefer for the initial @home callout fee to be paid online at the time of the booking, additional labour can then be paid by cash or debit/credit card directly to the technician.Â
However, we understand that some customers may only wish to make payment after the service has been completed. In such case you can pay the technician by Credit / Debit Card or Cash.Â
We do not charge any fee's for accepting card payments.Â
